This renovation focused on a charming 100-year-old home in Bloomington, Indiana, designed for a first-time homeowner. The project included significant upgrades, such as plumbing, electrical work, and drywall installation, while allowing the homeowner to participate and learn throughout the process.

We preserved the home’s original features, including the beautiful fireplace and unique plaster walls. Additionally, we renovated the flooring, which not only improved the home's look but also increased its value. Our focus on quality and attention to detail ensured that we brought new life to this historic home while keeping its charm intact.
