In this project, our customer sought to upgrade the windows of their home, but we discovered termite damage in the underlying structure. This situation underscores the importance of routine maintenance for homeowners. Often, significant issues are hidden behind walls and can go unnoticed until they become major problems.

Regular inspections every couple of years can help identify such hidden damage early, potentially saving homeowners thousands of dollars in extensive repairs. By addressing both the window upgrades and the structural damage, we were able to restore the integrity of the home while enhancing its aesthetics.
